Ravindra Nath is an educationist and hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience in hospitality, skill development, and higher education. After beginning his career with the Taj Group of Hotels and McDonald's, he founded the Kathmandu Institute of Hospitality Management (KIHM), where he has spent more than two decades empowering youth through industry-focused education and training.

He has also contributed to leading institutions including Padmashree College, Reliable College, and Padmashree International College, while actively engaging in career counseling and educational consultancy through Skills to Earn International Education and Tenhill Education Pvt. Ltd. His mission is to promote employability, lifelong learning, and sustainable career development by equipping individuals with practical skills and quality education.
